Methodology

How the public repository is assembled, what its labels mean and where its limits are.

Scope

The repository indexes publicly accessible, unclassified material relevant to defense, intelligence, geopolitics and military technology. It is curated, not complete or real-time, and inclusion is not an endorsement.

Discovery and provenance

Documents may be discovered through publishers, public repositories, institutional sites or discovery services. The source label records the channel available to the catalog and may not identify the legal publisher or author. The original source page prevails.

Metadata and summaries

Extraction, categorization and summaries may be machine-assisted and can contain errors. Dates are shown only when recorded; relevance ranks discovery priority, not truth, credibility or factual verification.

Editorial status and versions

Only records explicitly marked published enter public pages. Items needing review remain hidden. Updated editions can coexist while version consolidation and report identifiers are improved.

Rights and access

Rights remain with the respective owners. Open access does not automatically permit redistribution. The default is source-only access; a hosted download is enabled only when explicit redistribution evidence is recorded.

Corrections and removal

For attribution, metadata, rights or removal requests, use the contact page. The catalog is updated as sources are processed; no fixed publication frequency is promised.
